Hello folks! My name is Rick and I am a boisterous, bearded, banjo playing behemoth.
Since I am fattter (3 t's worth!) than I want to be, I am putting myself on a path to healthiness that I can maintain for the rest of my life.
I like camping and making things by hand. Learning and doing and teaching are fun.
